* The warranty only covers manufacture defective. Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, and other acts will not be covered by warranty.
* It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by licensed/professional personal.
Return and exchange policy:
Please note, goods must be returned in their original condition. Ostar reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight). Freight arrangement and cost will be the customers' responsibility.
